These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and x3bet ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms are effective as of the date shown above and supersede all previous versions.

Where suspicious activity is identified, x3bet may freeze an account pending investigation without advance notice. Frozen accounts may not deposit, withdraw, or place bets until the investigation is resolved.

x3bet reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the platform. Where changes are material, x3bet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players.
